Sutton Point features a hotel component occupied by well-regarded operators Ibis and Adagio, offering diversified income streams. This makes the asset particularly attractive given Sutton’s role as a frequent stopover for London travel and the demand it receives from the corporate, student and leisure sectors.
ActivumSG’s acquisition strategy involves implementing a comprehensive business plan aimed at enhancing the asset’s performance.
