Amr is a Director in the Corporate Transactions team focusing on sourcing and acquisitions as well as managing portfolio companies. Prior to joining ASG Iberia in 2014, he worked in the Special Situations team at Altima Partners LLP where he co-managed the funds’ direct investments in real estate and natural resources. Previously he worked in the Global Real Estate fixed income group at Lehman Brothers in London, originating senior debt and mezzanine loans and structured Pan-European CMBS.

Amr started his career at Hudson Advisors/Lone Star Funds in Frankfurt, focusing on acquisitions and portfolio management of non-performing loan (NPL) pools. He earned a full athletic scholarship to play soccer at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he graduated with a BSBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School, concentrating in Finance.
