Andreas is the Chief Financial Officer of ActivumSG and an Investment Committee member. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, he was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young AG in Berlin where he led a team in the Transaction Support Group focused on diligence and audit for large corporate real estate transactions.

He was responsible for the financial due diligence for projects of the Cerberus European Real Estate Group for more than three years. His experience encompasses valuation and running financial audits including IAS/IFRS/HGB reconciliations.

Andreas was appointed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and as a Certified Tax Adviser. He graduated from Humboldt University with a Diplom-Kaufmann in Business (Finance and Accounting).
