Casper is an Associate in the Corporate Transactions team focusing on sourcing and acquisitions as well as managing portfolio companies. Prior to joining in 2022, he worked at Catella Group where he was an Analyst, focusing on the acquisition of listed entity Admiral Capital (later BoStad) which was acquired by Castlelake.

Subsequently Casper was hired by BoStad as an Investment Manager working primarily with divestments, bolt-on acquisitions, financing structure, operational portfolio optimization and exit of the company on behalf of Castlelake. Casper graduated from Copenhagen Business School with a MSc in Finance and Strategic Management.
