David is Head of Asset Management and an Investment Committee Member at ActivumSG, with strategic oversight of the asset management and portfolio management functions. Prior to joining the firm in 2012, he spent four years in London as a Director of Asset Management for Silverpeak Real Estate Partners LLP (formerly Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners) where he managed the leasing, divestment and business plan execution of German office, retail and mixed-use portfolios.

Previously, David worked for Merrill Lynch’s Global Principal Investment real estate team managing real estate and NPL portfolios across Europe, with a focus on Germany and Scandinavia. David started his career at Merrill Lynch in New York. He holds a BSc with a double major in Analytical Finance and German from Wake Forest University.
