Eric is Head of Global Client Solutions and Capital Formation, leading investor engagement, fundraising and business development initiatives. He is also an Investment Committee member. Prior to joining ActivumSG in 2024, Eric was Managing Director of Client Relations and Capital Raising at EQT Exeter, the real estate platform of Stockholm-based global alternatives firm, EQT Partners, where he was its first real estate product specialist. Eric oversaw key client and consultant relationships across the Nordics, United Kingdom, Germany, Israel and the Middle East.

Together with earlier positions as the Co-Head of the London offices of both Credit Suisse’s Real Estate Private Fund Group and Hodes Weill & Associates as well as Delancey Real Estate Asset Management and GI Partners, Eric has helped raise over €10 billion of institutional equity capital for European and North American real estate investment managers.

Eric has over 30 years’ experience across multiple disciplines within the real estate industry, including investment banking, M&A, principal investing, fund / venture formation and investor relations. He holds a BSc in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
