Georgina is Head of People and Culture, leading on recruitment, employee engagement and culture at ActivumSG. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, she spent 15 years working within HR across the professional and financial services’ industries, including Merrill Lynch, Northern Trust Management Services and Guidepoint Global.

After starting her career in large matrix organizations, Georgina found her niche in building up HR functions for global SMEs. Georgina is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and holds a BA in Business Studies with Law from the University of Brighton and Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management.
