Johannes is a Director in the Corporate Transactions team focusing on sourcing and acquisitions as well as managing portfolio companies. Prior to joining ActivumSG in 2020, he was a Vice President at GIC with responsibility for real estate acquisitions as well as the management of joint ventures, funds and listed positions with a focus on Germany, France and Spain.

Johannes started his career in real estate private equity with Blackstone, where he worked across acquisition teams in London, New York and São Paulo. He graduated with a MSc in Financial Economics from Oxford University as well as Martin-Luther University Halle-Wittenberg with a LLM in Business Law, BSc Economics and BSc Business Studies.
