Lucy is an Associate in the Client Solutions and Capital Formation team, responsible for investor relations, client service and business development. Prior to joining ActivumSG in 2021, Lucy worked at Tishman Speyer for eight years as part of the capital raise team, where she coordinated marketing and events across Europe. She managed investor outreach campaigns, communications, CRM, asset tours, seminars, quarterly portfolio updates and roadshows.

In addition, she was responsible for overseeing procurement activities in Europe whilst also managing charitable events, which formed part of the company’s broader ESG initiatives. Lucy started her career at Knight Build Ltd., a boutique residential development company. She graduated from the University of Essex with a BA in English Language.
