Manuel is a Vice President in the Corporate Transactions team focusing on sourcing and acquisitions as well as managing portfolio companies. Prior to joining ActivumSG in 2022, he worked as an Associate at Evercore with a focus on real estate M&A as well as debt advisory and capital markets transactions.

Previously, he interned in the real estate private equity team of Cerberus Capital Management in Frankfurt. Manuel graduated from IRE|BS International Real Estate Business School, University of Regensburg with a MSc in Real Estate.
