Nick is a Director in the Client Solutions and Capital Formation team, with responsibility for business development initiatives and reporting/due diligence coordination and fulfilment. Prior to joining ActivumSG in 2024, Nick worked for pan-European real estate fund manager Europa, where he was an Associate Director focusing on business development.

Previously, he worked as an Associate in the Equity Capital Markets team at Tishman Speyer and as an Investment Analyst for Property Market Analysis. Nick graduated from the University of Exeter with a BA in Economics and Politics and holds an MA in Real Estate from the College of Estate Management, University of Reading.
