Nicolás is a Director in the Direct Real Estate team focusing on sourcing and acquisitions in Spain. Prior to joining ASG Iberia in 2016, he worked as an M&A Associate in the KPMG Corporate Finance FIG and Real Estate team based in Madrid. During this period, he advised Cerberus Capital Management in the acquisition of NH hotels’ stake in Sotogrande S.A., Banco Sabadell on the sale of a secured NPL portfolio and one of the top Spanish banks on the potential disposal of a €4.8bn residential, commercial and land REO portfolio.

Before joining KPMG, Nicolás worked as an Auditor at PwC focused on retail and pharmaceutical companies. He completed an MSc in Financial Management at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and earned his BA in Business Administration at IQS School of Management.
