Robert is Head of Special Situations and an Investment Committee member at ActivumSG, with strategic oversight of the Special Situations team. Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Robert served as an operating partner for various opportunistic investors, where he played a pivotal role in identifying and capitalizing on unique investment opportunities.

Previously, Robert held positions at Ares and Deutsche Bank RREEF, where he served as a Managing Director. In these roles, he spearheaded transactions and asset management strategies. Earlier in his career, Robert worked for Cerberus where he served as a Managing Director and Co-Head of the European Real Estate Group.

Robert started his career in corporate finance at Goetz Partners. He holds a joint MSc in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt.
